Hello! My roommates and I are looking to sublet our entire 5-bedroom house for the entirety of the fall quarter 2024! It is a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house about a 12-minute walk from the Northwestern campus, about a 15-minute walk from Whole Foods, and very close to downtown Evanston and the L and Metra stops. One of the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs bedrooms are considered the master, but the other 3 are essentially the same. The rent for the entire house is 5,500 dollars, so it's about $1,100 each with some variation between the larger rooms. It functions as one house but has a full kitchen and living room on each floor. We are looking to sublet the entire house, so if you have a group of 5 that would be amazing! If not that's totally fine, we can hopefully get 5 different people that are interested in a room.
